About Digital NEST
Digital NEST creates sustainable and scalable technology learning centers for Latinx and all underserved youth in order to foster economic equality. We achieve this by technical and soft skills, providing mentors and broadening networks in order to gain sustainable employment.
Digital NEST has sparked a nationwide dialogue among educators, policy-makers and the media as a model for closing the digital divide in under-resourced communities throughout the U.S.
For years, our communities were excluded from the economic and technological advancements that other California communities experienced. But we were determined to provide our youth with the best possible opportunities to develop their talents, knowledge, and interests.
That’s why we established Digital NEST, a vibrant hub for technology and empowerment that equips our young people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. Through Digital NEST, we’re creating a network of connections and opportunities that uplifts our entire community.
